SMILE SATURDAY
There is magic in smiling, A smile may seem like an involuntary response to something cute or funny, but it is much more than that. Studies suggest that smiling, forced or not, can have a positive effect on your mood, decrease stress levels, and even make everyone around you feel better.

HAPPY FRIENDLY FRIDAY
One of the most important human needs is connection; people want to feel appreciated and respected which is why there are many benefits of being friendly with people you meet. The benefits of being friendly have been very helpful in building and maintaining relationships in every situation.
Ways to be more friendly:

What an awesome Thank You Thursday!
Thank You Thursday
Thing is, people aren’t hardwired to be grateful. And, like any skill worth having, gratitude requires practice…. Gratitude makes us happier. Gratitude strengthens relationships, improves health, reduces stress, and, in general, and makes us happier. All these benefits sound like the Science of Kindness that we teach at the assemblies.
The CKM is full of GRATITUDE this week! We have received news of a generous local sponsorship donation that will fully fund our New Kindness Video. Also we will received news on Tuesday and Wednesday that we are being awarded not just one, but TWO GRANTS. It’s been very moving and appreciated. We will make sure the every dollar is well spent in empowering kids. The CKM will make announcements with what is to come in the coming months. THANK YOU!
Happy WOW Wednesday
“WOW” someone today with a simple act of kindness!
You’ve seen it on the bus, when someone offers his or her seat to an elderly person: The generous person feels noble, the elderly person beams with gratitude, and even spectators feel like cheering inside just from having witnessed a simple act of kindness.
HAPPY KINDNESS WEEK EVERYONE!
Today is Mix-It-Up Monday

THANK YOU NEW DAY PRODUCTS for always doing such a great job on the Kindness T-Shirts for us! We love you guys!
In the last couple of years, we have had AWESOME teachers whom have shared the vision in implementing our program and took it upon themselves to gather business and parent sponsors to fund their classrooms with Kindness T-Shirts. We would like to encourage more of this concept and know that it will help bring more of a personal investment and bring added awareness to the cause. We realize that funding entire schools takes ALOT of funding and grants and greatly appreciated the PTA and PTOs that continue to do this. The CKM will still will highly encourage and support full funding of entire schools. Through this experience the CKM has seen how amazing teachers implement our Kindness/Bullying Prevention program in their own classrooms and we THANK YOU!
When the CKM receives funds from fundraising events, business sponsors, or grants, we will open the eligibility for teachers to apply. We are excited about this NEW CLASSROOM CONCEPT and hope parents will be excited too! Parents, now is your chance to have the Kindness Program for your kids in their own classrooms!
