NOW OFFERING Black with Yellow FACULTY T-SHIRTS

If your school faculty desires to order the Black with Yellow Kindness Logo T-Shirts, please use this form separate from the Master Student Order Forms and email them both to us.  The student t-shirts are still the original yellow with black logo. We recommend distributing the Kindness T-Shirt Order Forms the first week of school. Please communicate to your teachers and staff that they will need to each fill out a separate form for their entire class. Once they are finished to hand them into the office to collect. The designated individual in charge of CKM Program for your school would need to put together a “Master” School copy and send it to CommunityKindnessMovement@gmail.com. We highly recommend getting your Kindness T-Shirt orders placed no later than August 29th, 2016.  Please contact if you have any questions.
